"The scent was way too strong??"
I really wanted to like this, but the smell was so perfumey it gave me a headache?? It also felt kind of sticky on my skin, which made it hard to keep using...

"Pretty much confirmed it’s not for my skin"
I kind of had a feeling this wouldn’t work for my sensitive skin, and unfortunately I was right. After using it, my face got red and itchy quickly. Maybe it works for other people, but for me it just confirmed that this type of product isn’t a good match.

"I really wanted to be impressed with this..."
I really wanted to be impressed with this, and to be fair, the products do feel nice. They go on well and seem decent quality, so I can see why some people like them. But for the price, I’m not sure the results are anything special. I’ve used cheaper products that worked about the same, so it’s hard for me to say it’s worth paying this much.

"Slow shipping and not much help"
My order ended up taking way longer than I was expecting, and I had to follow up on it myself to find out what was going on. It was annoying because I didnt really get much of an update unless I chased it.
Customer service was slow getting back to me and the replies weren’t very clear, so it just made the whole thing more frustrating. i expected better and I probably wouldnt order from them again

"Didn’t notice any difference, and the terms changed too"
I used this for a few weeks hoping I’d see at least some improvement in my skin, but nothing changed. On top of that, I was annoyed because the terms seemed to change after I’d already started using it, which just made the whole experience more frustrating. Not something I’d buy again.
